This laptop is looking like new, no scratches or anything. So one star for the looks.
Price was fair and even good. One star
Delivery was very fast less than two days and delivered on a Sunday way before delivery time. Another star.
The last two stars although, I can't give them to you guys just because you are specifically saying that it was suppose to be restored to factory settings and no prove of previous owners on it. The thing is that the laptop belonged to someone named Kaden and a few apps are still storing his name. So I am sorry but I can't give you these 2 stars.

Brilliant product only concern is call centre is not uk so are you buying from a uk company or some company in out of Mongolia? Placed order on 7th July and when checking it was still processing rang to be told that the rather expensive phone case for iPhone XR was out of stock but I was not kept not informed as the email advise but refused case phone arrived next day

I bought a refurbished graphics card. The card was shipped quickly and arrived in a carefully packaged brown box, not the original packaging. The card was in great condition and exactly as advertised. I paid a fair amount less than similar used items from eBay. Add to that the 6 month guarantee and overall it was a very good deal indeed.
